The Idea-Finding Phase

There are a variety of styles, under which you should find exactly the one that suits you. Inspiration is also provided by our model houses. There you can visit your dream house live and in colour or get inspiration for the spatial planning and interior design of your house.
Our catalogue of prefabricated houses helps you to filter out the right one for you. Once you have finally found your dream house, you can even refine according to your own specific taste. Of course, if you have your own architect design house, we will adapt this for the manufacturing process.
The Contract-Conclusion Phase
In further discussions, you'll get the opportunity to finalize your ideas: floor plan, facade design, energy standards and scope of services required. Our construction consultants take time for you to plan and discuss things, until you are sure what you want your prefabricated house to look like. Then the contract can be signed.

Cost security: Of course, builders always want to keep an overview of costs. Here, too, Living Tomorrow provides security in terms of financing. We guarantee that the price of your prefabricated house in the contract will remain valid until twelve months after the conclusion of the contract. This way, you will not have to pay any unexpected costs during your house planning and building.
Appointment security: The move-in date for your Living Tomorrow has also been set

Approval Phase
With Living Tomorrow's architects - or your own planner - you tune the last intricacies from your prefabricated house and adapt the plans to the building regulations of the development plan. A technician checks the plans. They then submit the house plans to the authority.
Good to know: Throughout the entire house planning process, experts are always by your side, who will be happy to assist you with in-depth knowledge of house building advice. Our aim is to make the decisions in house building easy and thus life as pleasant as possible throughout the entire duration of the project.
The Equipment Phase
After obtaining planning permission, you will come to the sampling centre of Living Tomorrow manufacturing partners in Europe, for sampling. Together with a specialist consultant, you define the equipment of your house – for example, the bathroom equipment, the stairs, the floor coverings and much more. On an area of 4,000 m2, we can offer you an extensive selection that meets every requirement.

The House Building Phase
A meeting on the building site with you, your Living Tomorrow construction manager, the construction company, and the local utility initiate the building. After the floor slab has been cast or the basement level has been completed, the construction manager checks the foundations for your prefabricated house. Meanwhile, the walls of your prefabricated house are produced in the Living Tomorrow partner plant. After delivery, it takes only one to two days to set up the walls. The house is usually rainproof after 24 hours. This will be followed in the next few weeks by laying the electrics, installing the sanitary facilities, or laying the tiles, depending on which stage of services you have chosen.
Good to know: Thanks to the weather-protected prefabrication of our houses in the factory, we can not only deliver quickly and on time, but also guarantee you consistently excellent quality.
Inauguration Party Phase
After an average of five to six months, our building families can celebrate the inauguration party, because the planning and house construction of the house are completed.
